Corporate Events

Birtley Parkland provides a stunning backdrop and venue which can be tailored to your own requirements, for your corporate event. The 48 acre estate is set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, just 5 miles south of Guildford, with easy access from London and the A3. 

Birtley Parkland is a superb location for day conferences, dinners or receptions. Team building events and family fun days can be arranged to include fly-fishing and clay-shooting, if required.  

We charge a basic facility fee of £2,500 + VAT to use our purpose built marquee site that is equipped with mains power, water, and WC facilities. Costing for the complete event will depend on your individual requirements and events are therefore priced individually. Partnered with some of Surrey's finest caterers and marquee companies we can ensure fantastic quality and service to suit all your needs. 

Public events held throughout the year, e.g. our annual Sculpture Exhibition in May, also provide ideal opportunities for entertaining clients and staff with private drinks receptions or dinners, when the main event is closed to the general public, making a Corporate event which is a 'bit different' from the usual.
