Fishing

The Lake at Birtley is managed by the owners. It covers approximately 2 acres with a long promontory providing over 500 yards of bank fishing with a 'wild fish' feel. Birtley lake has good access and is in a beautiful parkland setting with only a limited number of bankside trees.

NB. The 2011 fishing season closes on 31st October - details for the 2012 season will be available shortly.

  • Day £38 (4 fish limit)
  • Half day £28 (2 fish limit)
  • C & R only – 10% discount
  • Season £650 (1 day per week = 30 weeks) , 4 fish limit per week + guest days
  • Half-season rods (April 1st – June 30th = 15 weeks) available for £400
